چکیده

Electronic waste contains hazardous materials which have an adverse impact on the environment. Therefore, a solution is needed to recycle electronic waste. One recovering copper metal from Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in The dissolution of carried out by leaching method, means dissolving using selective solvent. Analysis was performed Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES). This experiment aims determine factors that influence optimization PCB method and analysis content ICP-OES. primary data obtained per cent recovery each factor affects dissolution, concentration sulfuric acid as solvent, percentage solid / liquid, speed stirring, temperature, length stirring. optimum conditions were achieved form highest variation, 9.8% acid, 5% solid/liquid percentage, 200 rpm stirring speed, at temperature 60 °C with time 120 minutes, respectively 79.83%; 74.86%; 76.52%; 54.84%.Keywords: electronic, waste, PCB, Optimalisasi Pelarutan Tembaga dari Limbah Elektronik dengan Metode LeachingABSTRAKLimbah elektronik mengandung bahan-bahan berbahaya yang berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan. Optimization of electronic devices placement on printed circuit board

Power densities generated in today’s electronic components arise very quickly. Optimal placement of the devices on the board plays very important role for dissipation of power to the ambience. Each electronic component, as a heat source, thermally interacts with other ones. Forced convection is still one of the most important ways of heat dissipating from electronic components. When fluid moves...

Recovery of Gold, Silver, Copper and Niobium from Printed Circuit Boards Using Leaching Column Technique

Nowadays, over 300 tons of Au are used in electronic equipment each year with other precious and strategic metals such as Ag, Pt, Pd, Cu, Nb, Ta, etc.. After the use-phase, the electronic devices become electronic waste (e-waste); consequently it is important to consider e-waste as a secondary supply for the recovery of these metals. This paper presents the recovery of Au, Ag, Cu and Nb from PC...
